The Montavilla Kids Summer Festival will take place on Saturday August 13, 2011 at NE 78th and Glisan (between Portland City Blessing Church and Highland Christian Center).
Dental Clinic sign up starts at 8am. The clinic will run from 9am-3pm.
The Festival and Social Services Fair will be open from 10am-2pm.
